Remember to check contracts when writing/accepting offers - Especially in November with the short timeframe between Veteran's Day & Thanksgiving. Also keep in mind - Christmas/New Year's are on Thursdays - Many people will turn these into 4 day weekends, creating a shortened timeframe at year end for closings. Questions?
